I will pray for my teammates regularly and take every opportunity to praise them to others.

I will publicly support the decisions we make in private.

I believe the team’s value and success are greater than the individual’s.

I will commit to the work through conflicts in private (following Matthew 18:15-17), giving my teammates the benefit of the doubt.

I will value my teammates’ time.

I will seek to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to me with excellence knowing that the team is counting on me.

I will seek to be an honest encourager to my teammates especially during times of need.
