CCA Team Covenant

• I will seek to grow personally, professionally, and spiritually as I walk with God.

• I will protect and pray for our principal, both privately and publicly.

• I will pray for my teammates regularly and take every opportunity to praise them to others.

• I will publicly support the decisions we make in private.

Confidence will remain safe inside our team.

• I will seek open and honest evaluation and take responsibility for my performance and actions.

• I believe the team’s value and success are greater than the individual’s.

• I will commit to the work through conflicts in private (following Matthew 18:15-17), giving my teammates the benefit of the doubt.

• I will value my teammates’ time.

• I will seek to fulfill the responsibilities assigned to me with excellence knowing that the team is counting on me.

• I will seek to be an honest encourager to my teammates especially during times of need.
